The Beijing Legal Seminar is designed to be a practical, immersive seminar, focused on the role of China in international law and the nature of the Chinese legal system. Topic areas may include International Law and Global Security, Competition and Anti-Trust, Rule of Law and Administrative Governance, China and the WTO, the Chinese Legal System and Intellectual Property.
