Cities and regions throughout China and wider East Asia have vibrant UChicago alumni clubs. The University of Chicago Online Community provides a virtual home base for global alumni activities and networking. UChicago Community Online Portal and Directory

The new UChicago Community Online portal offers news and information about local alumni clubs, events, volunteering, giving back to the University, and networking. By indicating that you reside in Beijing or in any other city via your profile on this website, you can ensure that you receive electronic mailings from the Alumni Association that are specific to your current location. Some events at the Beijing Center, in addition to alumni events elsewhere in Beijing and receptions or special speaker engagements in cities across Asia and the world, are advertised mainly via these electronic mailings. You must fill in or edit your online profile to make sure that you are receiving pertinent email announcements for you area.

The UChicago Community Online directory is a recent, expanded addition to the online alumni world. If you already have a profile on the older Alumni and Friends portal, you can use your existing login info at UChicago Community Online.

If you are a first-time alumni portal user and do not yet have a profile on the UChicago Community Online or Alumni and Friends sites, click the yellow “Sign In or Register” button on the right side of this login page. Then enter the email address you prefer to use, and follow the directions to register.
