She is the author of the upcoming book, Coaching – The Secret Code to Uncommon Leadership, by Penguin Random House, slated for global release in late 2020.
Luis Miranda, MBA'89: Luis Miranda is Chairman of the Centre for Civil Society and CORO. He has been involved in setting up 2 highly successful companies - HDFC Bank and IDFC Private Equity. He is a Co-Founder of the Indian School of Public Policy and Take Charge, a mentoring programme for Catholic youth in Mumbai.
Luis spends his time, with his wife, connecting dots; using their networks to help the organisations they are connected with. He is also on the board of Educate Girls and SBI Foundation. Luis is also Chairman of ManipalCigna Health Insurance and Senior Advisor at Morgan Stanley. He is a Trustee, University of Chicago Trust in India and a member of the Global Leaders Group and the Advisory Council of the Rustandy Center for Social Sector Innovation at Chicago Booth.

Michael Gibbs, PhD'89: Michael Gibbs studies the economics of human resources and organizational design. He is coauthor of Personnel Economics in Practice. Gibbs's research has been published in the Quarterly Journal of Economics, Review of Economics & Statistics, Industrial & Labor Relations Review, Accounting Review, and other journals. Professor Gibbs is a Research Fellow of the Center for the Study of Labor in Bonn, and the Institute for Compensation Studies. He is on the editorial advisory boards of Compensation & Benefits Review, & the Journal of Wine Economics.
In 2007 Gibbs received the Notable Contribution to Management Accounting Literature from the American Accounting Association. He has received several Hillel Einhorn Excellence in Teaching Awards from Chicago Booth.
Gibbs earned a bachelor's degree, master's degree, and doctoral degree in economics all from the University of Chicago. From 2012-2015, he was Academic Director of Chicago Booth's Executive MBA Program.
